He is the father of the little Indian "Youpi", who first appeared in Garry before having his own magazine between 1948 and 1949. Still in Garry, he drew several stories between 1949 and 1964. He was one of the main artists contributing to Super Boy Sport, which was a supplement to Super Boy magazine between 1951 and 1952, featuring cartoon biographies of Marcel Cerdan, Ray Sugar Robinson, Errol Flynn and Roland Toutain, among others. He reprinted Nylon Carter (in Super Boy) from 1956 to 1964. Finally, he contributed to the "Kon Tiki" series of the same name in 1959 and Danneh tigre royal, and was one of the illustrators of "Jim Canada", Buck John and Oliver, also with Impéria. Outside comics, he illustrated "Marie des Isles" in 1953-54 for SECA. He gave up comics in 1963 to become a pharmacy assistant.
