Empire ormolu portico clock, with Roman numeral... Lot 409

Empire ormolu portico clock, with Roman numeral dial signed "Stanley à Paris", flanked by two female profiles and crowned with a wreath of oak leaves. Tapered uprights decorated with bees and black marble base. Radiant pendulum with woman's face. Early 19th century. Enamel chips on the dial, original movement to be restored, two feet to be reattached, one foot missing, later soldering on the pendulum and missing back cover. H_42 L_26 W_11 cm
