A pair of slightly tapered terra cotta vases with Asian lacquer-like decoration in light relief, depicting aquatic plants and birds in polychrome and gold on a brown background. Two decorative bands and slightly protruding side handles. Unsigned. Circa 1880. Alterations to the brown background.
