The 1st and most affordable liquid-cooled 911 Turbo French registration Chassis n°WPOZZZ99Z2S680640 - 420 hp Metzger dry sump engine with all-wheel drive - Special configuration and equipment for Porsche Exclusive - Perfectly presented and in perfect working order - Only 61,200 kms with exclusive network maintenance - PCCM Plus infotainment system installed - Full service history, manuals, spare keys and accessories Introduced at the 1997 Frankfurt Motor Show, the 996 has progressed in absolutely every area to make its 21st-century debut. True to form, this generation of 911 is available in a number of versions, including the spirited Turbo and GT3, the Carrera 4S and cabriolet, as well as an attractive Targa body with glass roof. Of these, the Turbo is immediately recognizable by its prominent front bumper, 18-inch wheels with red brake calipers, side air inlets to cool the engine and spoiler. The 3.6-liter twin-turbo engine is a "Metzger" dry-sump block derived from the 911 GT1 racing engine, which develops a whopping 420 hp and 560 Nm of torque in the Turbo, the extreme but civilian version of the 911! This phenomenal power is delivered much more progressively than on previous 911 Turbo models. Thanks to 4-wheel drive and various electronic devices such as PSM (Porsche ESP), it is also put through its paces more optimally in all circumstances. The chassis has also been strengthened at all levels. The result is ultra-efficient roadholding never before achieved by a 911. To add insult to injury, this top-of-the-range version is finished to a very high standard, with specific and highly technological equipment both standard and optional. The 996 Turbo is such a successful car that, exceptionally for Porsche, it remains unchanged for the five years of its production! It was also a huge success for Porsche, with 21,954 units rolling off the production line between 2000 and 2004. However, it was not produced in phase 2 like the other versions. It's only a short step from there to believing that Porsche started from the principle that you don't change a success, you improve it, but that in this case there was nothing to be done on the 996 Turbo. The Porsche 996 Turbo we are offering for sale was delivered new by the Losch dealership, the brand's official importer in Luxembourg and one of the oldest in the world, on February 7, 2002, having been put on the road the day before. This is a very special and highly optioned example, as it was a special order from the Porsche Exclusive department, as evidenced by the option codes 00051 (special color), 00061 and 00101 (special equipment) on the service booklet and front hood label. In Orient Rot Perl Metallic (L8A3), with a full-leather interior in a custom color (probably Hirschbraun, code 99), in shades of beige, with multiple inserts in precious wood veneer and even leather air vents, it benefits from a presentation as rare as it is remarkably meticulous. What's more, it also boasts a host of optional extras, including PCM with integrated GPS module, radio and telephone, automatic gearbox with steering wheel controls, CD changer, cruise control, electric sunroof, heated seats, brushed aluminum door sills, wheel centers with colored badges.... all of which add to its exclusivity. In addition to this unique configuration, this 996 Turbo has just under 61,200 kms on the clock, and has always benefited from regular maintenance, exclusively in Porsche centers, as attested by its regularly completed service booklet. This is true both in Luxembourg, where it remained until 2011, and in Germany, where it spent a few years before arriving in France in 2019. The last service, which consisted of a major overhaul plus brake fluid replacement, was carried out at the Paris-Est Porsche center in October 2022, when the car had 58,320 kms. Well maintained and perfectly preserved, this 996 is in near-new condition today. For a smoother, more pleasant ride, and replacing the original PCM (which will also be given to the purchaser), it is equipped with a perfectly integrated, latest-generation PCCM Plus infotainment system from Porsche. It still has all its notebooks and manuals in
