Jacques-Émile RUHLMANN (1879 - 1933) Salamriad" armchair, model n°149 in the artist's new reference book, in rosewood with gondola back and full armrests with small overhanging cuffs on a corner base with curved front legs and slightly saber-shaped back legs. Seat base entirely upholstered in fawn leather (scratches, dents, wear to leather). Upholsterer's mark on reverse. Height 95 cm - Length 55 cm - Depth 51 cm History : model referenced under n°112 of the artist's old reference list and n°149 of the new reference list, whose drawings are kept at the Musée des Années 30 in Boulogne-Billancourt.
