Fiévée, (Joseph) - Correspondance politique et administrative, commencée au mois de mai 1814, et dédiée à M. le Comte de Blacas d'Aulps. Paris, Le Normant 1816-1819, 15 parts in 4 vols. In-8° full violet cloth. A complete copy of the 11th issue, which was seized because of the violent remarks it contained against Louis XVIII, and which earned Fiévée three months' imprisonment at the end of a resounding trial. Semi-periodical entirely written by Fiévée, published in the form of a correspondence, it is in reality a periodical appearing "within indeterminate limits and at indeterminate times, to escape censorship" (Hatin 318-320). Mention of edition in a few issues. Good condition, spines uniformly faded.
