Rare purse composed of two gold and silver damascened iron plates decorated, on one side, with a bust of a woman under a canopy emerging from a two-handled vase, and on the other, with an allegorical figure holding a flaming heart in one hand and a sheaf in the other, standing on a pedestal; surrounded by fine foliage scrolls, masks, insects; rim highlighted with a twist. Skin interior.
