Extract from the registers of the King's Conseil d'État, outlining the execution of the charge assigned by the Minister of War in 1762 to Sieurs Alexis-Louis Sainctmarc, Jean-Baptiste Boyer de Saint-Laurent, and three other munitionnaires from the southern provinces, to act as stewards to his auxiliary troops in Spain, due to move to Portugal with the army of His Catholic Majesty: supply operations at the camp under Bayonne and as far as Valladolid, in munition bread; "extraordinary and expensive" means used to obtain wheat from the inhabitants; need to dismiss superfluous employees; submission of accounts, etc.
