SPAIN. PHILIPPE IV (1605-1665) King of Spain. L.S. "Yo El Rey", Madrid October 9, 1623, to the Duke of Alva, Viceroy of Naples; countersigned by the members of the Royal Council; 1page in-fol. with seal of arms under paper, address; in Spanish (crack in fold repaired with small lack).
Concerning Captain Pedro de Cuaço, who enjoyed an annuity in the Kingdom of Naples. The King requests that he be paid what is due to him, in consideration of his services in the state of Milan.2 letters from the Viceroy of Naples (1649 and 1731) are enclosed.
