Annotations concerning a communication to the Académie de Médecine on the study of germs and viruses.Pasteur has underlined several lines concerning himself. In the margin of a passage concerning pox in horses and cows and the human vaccine, where his words have been distorted, he reacts: "Completely inaccurate. It was M. Blot who understood this way"; and, further on, on the human smallpox virus: "did not understand"; as for the peremptory demonstrations: "there were none".
