Remains of red wax seal on first deed.
Vitré February 4, 1361 and February 12, 1361.
Good overall condition, a few parchment tears on the second act, with no missing text.

The first act contains Lettres de Béatrice de Laval "par lesquelles elle transporte a Guy de Laval 2000 livres sur la recette de Champagne". - Second act: Copy of the marriage contract between Olivier de Clisson and Béatrix de Laval. Olivier de Clisson (1332-1407) marries Béatrix de Laval (1295-1384).
