MANUSCRIT. Judgment of Louis XVI legally assassinated by the National Convention on January 21, 1793. S.l., s.d. (1793) in-4, marbled calf, triple filleted boards, arms in center, ribbed spine, richly decorated (mod. binding imitating the old). Manuscript of 86 leaves forming the opinion of all conventioneers. Sessions of January 14, 15, 16 and 17, 1793, complete collection of opinions expressed at the Conventional Assembly in the trial of Louis XVI, the roll call finished, the president proclaims the result of the vote in the following terms: "I declare, in the name of the National Convention, that the sentence it pronounces against Louis Capet, is that of death, there reigns throughout this proclamation the deepest silence".
