A collection of 25 middle and late Neolithic stone tools, 5th - 3rd millennium B.C.
1) Four blunt-nosed Scandinavian flint axes, chipped and partially resharpened on the surface. 3rd millennium B.C. Length 8.7 - 12.5 cm. 2) Pointed-necked Middle Neolithic axe made of gray rock. Length 11.5 cm. 3) North American arrowhead from the pre-Columbian period. Length 4.2 cm. 4) Large scraper with retouch on both edges on the upper side. Length 8.3 cm. 5) 18 blades and flakes, length 2 - 8.7 cm.
The large pieces are in very good condition, the blades and cutters on the underside with adhesive residue from attachment to a base.
Provenance: Munich private collection, acquired in the 1990s in the southern German art trade.
