A Chinese painted clay figure of a standing nude man, Han Dynasty, circa 150 B.C.
Light grey clay shards, painted reddish flesh-colored. Figure of a standing nude man with pronounced sexual organs and very long legs. His hairstyle tied together and painted black. Some transverse cracks restored. Thermoluminescence certificate enclosed. Height 62 cm.
Tomb find near Xian. The tomb of the Han Emperor Jingdi was discovered during the construction of the Xi'an airport road.
