A Japanese lacquer box in the shape of a fish and a jubako (food carrier), probably Heisei period
Red lacquered wooden box in the shape of a fish. The front fin (the lid handle) broken off and restored, the surfaces slightly rubbed. Length 37 cm. Comes with a three-part jubako consisting of a bowl, a plate and a lid. Small chips to the lacquer in places. Height 20 cm.
