Collection of 15 different motifs on 34 sheets. Each etching signed and dated "Franz Reinhardt 36" with grotesque-caricatured or mythological scenes. Dimensions approx. 25 x 35 cm.
Franz Reinhardt (1881 - 1946) was a Munich painter with a particular fondness for mythological and religious images. After training at the academy (with Franz von Stuck, among others), he joined the Munich Secession. Today his works can be found in the Bavarian State Painting Collection and the Lenbachhaus, among others.
