Three German seals, 18th century
Three solid brass matrices. One with the coat of arms of the Grand Duchy of Schleswig-Holstein, inscribed on the edge "GEN LANDES OECONOMIE UND COMERS COLLEGII SIEGEL". The second with a depiction of St. Catherine and the inscription "SIG ECCLAES S CATHARINAE PARDORFIENSAE", somewhat stained. The third example with a large matrix, dated "1788" and inscribed "KARL HEINR SCHMITH KAIS OEFF IN KURSAC IMMATR NOT / DER TREUE V DEM OEFFENTLICHEN GLAUBEN HEI-LIG". Different wooden handles. Height approx. 9.5 cm each, dimensions matrix 44 mm, 37 x 33 mm, 35 x 30 mm.
