A Cameroonian Fang-Ngumba reliquary figure with feather headdress, 20th century
Figure of a standing man with rich body decoration of partly painted feathers. The body also decorated with scarred tattoos made of sheet brass and many brass bracelets, a pair of horns on the necklace. Mirror eyes. Feet heavily bumped, one restored. Minimally worm-eaten. Height without feather crown 63 cm, with approx. 93 cm.
