An Austrian silver necklace and bracelet set with Bohemian garnets, circa 1925
Silver. Bracelet consisting of five open-worked links in the shape of rocailles, each with an oval cartouche set with a faceted garnet in the center. Clasp hallmarked with fineness "800" and stamped mark. Length opened 19.5 cm. Comes with a matching necklace: rocaille links connected by four chains, in the center a link corresponding to the bracelet. Hallmarked with fineness "800" and Austrian hallmark (after 1922). Length 43 cm when open. Total weight of both parts 105 g.
