A German enameled glass beaker "Ochsenkopfhumpen" and a pewter-mounted tankard, 19th century
A beaker of green glass with a raised base and cut-off, the wall with polychrome enamel painting: depiction of the ox's head with the rivers rising from it (Mayn, Eger, Naab and Saal(e)) and the animal world, the reverse with the coat of arms of the Duchy of Bavaria and the inscription "Des Fichtelberges Schatz ist weit und breit bekandt, er nutzt dem fremden mehr als eigen Vatterland, Vivat eures Bayerisches Haus", two hairline cracks, height 20 cm. Comes with a jug of colorless glass with tear-off, the wall with polychrome enamel painting all around and inscription "Wer mich wird kauf den mag ich ein kroßen haufen", pewter mounting, ribbon handle with grooved decoration, hairline crack, painting rubbed. Height 21 cm.
