A large porcelain figure of a female ball player, Walter Schott, 1897 (design), Meissen, circa 1910 (finish)
Porcelain, painted in color, painted gold. On a round, stepped base. The underside with pommel mark, painter's mark "60" in iron red, impressed mark "Q180" and "131". Leaves partially bumped, minor restorations (fingers, tree stump). Gold slightly rubbed. Height 37.5 cm. Cf. Bergmann, Meissener Künstler-Figuren A100 - Z300, no. 281.
