A pewter jug, Salzburg, circa 1660
Slender, slightly conical body with strap handle. Hinged lid with strap handle. Engraved monogram "RR" on the front. Oak spigot and base rosette on the inside. At the base of the handle struck united city and master's mark of Thomas Schesser, who became master in Salzburg in 1652. Height 22.5 cm.
