A Balkan-Ottoman yatagan, 2nd half of the 19th century
Typical curved blade, inscription and smith's mark on the obverse side. Blade mounting, grip ferrule and guard of florally embossed and engraved silver. Blade mounting missing on the back, grip strap with a small defect on the underside. Horn grip scales, with minor damage to the pommel. Length 76 cm.
