A small collection of Tibetan and Nepalese weapons, circa 1900
Two khukris with typically shaped blades, one with a carved ebony grip, the scabbards with filigree decoration of brass and white metal set with stones, including turquoise and coral. Length 42 and 43 cm. Two lothi with single-edged blades and white metal and silver mounts in relief. Length 19.5 and 20 cm. A leather belt with four iron plates inlaid with silver over the entire surface. Also a tinder pouch with a fire steel studded with embossed sheet brass. Dimensions 7 x 10 cm.
