A Chinese bronze sword, collector's replica in the style of a sword from the Warring States period (475 - 221 B.C.), Eastern Zhou Dynasty
One-piece cast bronze sword with a double-edged blade, strong central ridge and eight engraved marks on both sides, parrying element in relief and baluster-jointed grip with single pommel disk. Blade heavily abraded towards the point, the grip broken below the guard and newly glued. Length 38 cm.
