A hunting cutlass, collector's replica in the style of the 17th century
Heavy single-edged blade with a fuller on both sides and a cut back, etched with the Saxon coat of arms on one side and the coat of arms of the Arch Marshal of the Holy Roman Empire on the other as well as the initials "J.G.C.z.S." and the date "A.D. 1673". Cut iron quillons with a pierced guard ring on the obverse side, iron grip ferrule and stag horn grip scales fastened with brass rivets. Length 50 cm.
