"Bildersaal Deutscher Geschichte - Zwei Jahrtausende deutschen Lebens in Bild und Wort", edited by Adolf Bär and Paul Quensel, with 483 illustrations and 48 art supplements (all b/w), Stuttgart, Berlin, Leipzig, around 1890. "Bismarck-Denkmal für das deutsche Volk" by Bruno Garlepp, over 400 pages with numerous illustrations (some in color) and appendix, richly reliefed cover, Berlin, around 1914. "Die deutschen Einigungskriege - Illustrierte Kriegschronik, 1864, 1866 und 1870-71" by Victor von Strantz with rich illustrations and maps, Leipzig c. 1890. "Geschichte des preußischen Staates" by E. Berner, Munich and Berlin 1891. Also "Zur Hundertjahrfeier der Firma Krupp 1812-1912", Essen 1912, and magnificent volume "Friedr. Krupp A.G.
