A sabre for cavalry training, late 19th century Slightly curved single-edged blade (unmarked) with a round point. Large iron basket hilt riveted to the guard plate, thread-wrapped grip with thumb recess. Iron parts darkened, slightly damaged in places, signs of age. Length 104 cm. This rare weapon belonged to the army armory for training purposes. Condition: II
