Heavy steel cuirass breastplate and back, stamped "c 1055" and "c 1298" on the sides, circumferential brass rivets, deep proof mark near the light central ridge, two leather-lined brass scale bands, lining missing, leather belly strap later incorrectly replaced. Partially slightly damaged, signs of age.
