Emperor Wilhelm II - a signed award certificate 1906 to Andreas Höpfner, valet to the Empress
Double sheet with partly printed text and head, blind-stamped "Königliche Insiegel" and handwritten ink signature of the Emperor "Wilhelm R.", dated February 27, 1906. With two signed letters from the Chief Court Marshal of the Emperor August zu Eulenburg, letter of transmittal for the commemorative sign for the Silver Wedding, dated March 12, 1906. March 1906, and a letter of transmittal for the (missing) "Commemorative sheet with the two Allerhöchsteigenhändigen name signatures" of the imperial couple, dated June 13, 1906, each with blind embossing "Ober-Hofmarschall-Amt Seiner Majestät des Kaisers und Königs" and handwritten ink signatures "A.Eulenburg". Dimensions 33 x 21 cm and 27.5 x 21 cm (1x) respectively. Slightly stained.
Andreas Höpfner was in the service of Empress and Queen Auguste Viktoria as valet de chambre from 1899 to 1914.
