Three German field caps, circa 1900 - 1918
Beautifully preserved field gray field cap M 1910 with red waistband and front, tin cockades and stamp "BAX 1917" in the white linen lining. Scabbard for men in the Hussar Regiment "von Zieten" (Brandenburg) No. 3 made of red wool cloth with lacquered tin cockades, leather sweatband (partially detached from the body) and orange silk lining with silver maker's stamp "G. Zimmermann Rathenow". Also a dark blue peaked cap for officers with silver maker's stamp "Carl Scherf Rudolstadt" in an impregnated linen lining with an oilcloth sweatband. Occasional minor moth damage. Partially slightly damaged, signs of age.
