A German bone-inlaid powder flask, circa 1600
Round wooden body, open-worked in the center, with full-surface bone inlays decorated with dots, circular eyes and brass pins. Also made of bone with a spring-loaded brass stopper with an iron spring, two iron carrying eyes on the sides. Small shrinkage cracks. Height 17 cm, diameter 13 cm.
