Pin-fire revolver by Peter Daniel Lüneschloss, Solingen, ca. 1870
Cal. 12mm pin-fire, SN. 1646, matt, soiled barrel, length 16.5 cm. Six-shot. DA/SA. Bead sight inserted in barrel. Rear sight as notch in hammer. Side-mounted ejector. Loading flap on the right. Barrel, frame and cylinder marked "46". On right side of barrel base mark "P.D.L." in oval, on top remnants of Prussian eagle above "S.P.". Eagle above "S.P." (Solingen sample) and "12m". Marked "W.J", "R.S", crescent moon and "29" under the grip panels. The weapon sharply cleaned, somewhat pitted. Some vine engraving on frame. Smooth walnut grip panels. Tang with Swiss lead seal. Good timing.
