Set of 3 in-4° documents relating to François Cointeraux, pioneer of adobe construction in the late 18th century: "Vente", 6f.; "Ratification", 2f°; "Licitation", 4p. written in fine handwriting on a sheet of parchment, Cointeraux's handwritten note on the cover: "Licitation du 8eme de maison que j'ai fait avec ma tante Liotard. Passé à Paris, le 2 juin 1772". Moving unpublished documents concerning the legacy of the young Cointeraux, whose work in adobe, among other things, was pioneering.
