A Martini Henry carbine, Mod. Citadel 1906
Cal. .303Brit, SN. 3191, somewhat rough barrel, length 21". Single shot. Stepped frame sights scaled 5 to 10. At barrel root acceptance marks and Arabic characters, on right side of action acceptance marks and plastered manufacturer with year, on left side marked "Citadel 1906" under star and crescent moon. Metal surfaces patinated. Brass plaque with troop stamp(?) on right side of butt. Sling swivel missing. Length 94 cm.
