A Belgian cavalry pistol by Pirlot freres, circa 1850
Smooth bore barrel in 18 mm caliber, percussion lock on the back, maker's inscription on the lock plate. Full stock with heavy brass furniture, the formerly hinged ramrod missing. Tired action, cock screw missing, iron parts spotted and with traces of corrosion, stock bumped. Length 36 cm.
