A small collection of ordnance weapons A cadet rifle of the Augustin system, smooth bore barrel in 14 mm caliber, marked "G.Bentz" above the chamber, number "47" on the tang. Augustin system lock (comes loose), the lock plate with the year "(1)853", the hammer with a screwed-on rectangular, slightly wedge-shaped striking surface. Full stock with brass furniture (trigger missing, trigger guard enclosed loose). Ramrod missing. Length 109 cm. Comes with a cavalry pistol with a smooth bore barrel in 18.5 mm caliber, an aped percussion lock (defective) and a heavily reworked stock as well as brass furniture partially replaced in modern times. Later ramrod with brass tip. Length 49 cm. Also a cavalry pistol M 1862. Rifled barrel in 13.9 mm caliber with rough bore, the maker's inscription "Zeiliniger" in front of the rear sight. Percussion lock, cock safety missing, double eagle mark and year "(1)863" on lock plate. Walnut half stock with iron furniture, pommel cap with lanyard loop. Signs of age and use, stock with large blemish above the lock plate, some screws of the furniture as well as trigger and trigger guard missing. Length 40 cm. Condition: III -
