Cal. 7,65x53Arg, SN. 4043N, not matching numbered. Rough barrel, length 75 cm. Five-shot. German proof 1972, Mauser system, wing safety defective. Stepped frame rear sight scaled 5 - 19. Receiver head signed "Hopkins and Allen Arms Co / Norwich. Conn. U.S.A.", Hege importer's stamp. Original finish spotted. Breech loose and pitted, receiver bridge rusty. Walnut stock with wear marks. Complete with strapping and cleaning rod. Total production between 1914-16 only approx. 8000 pieces. Length 128 cm.
