A German cavalry pistol, circa 1740
Shortened barrel in 17 mm caliber. Length 24 cm, marked "C N 114" above the chamber. Flintlock with cambered lock plate. Full stock with brass furniture, the trigger guard marked "C 57". Iron ramrod. Signs of age and use, stock cleaned through in the area of the ramrod socket. Length 41 cm.
