An important violin-shaped wall-mounted cartel and its console with painted flowers and foliage on a green background. Rich ormolu ornamentation of flowers and foliage, shells and rocaille frames.
Enameled 13-part dial signed "VANDEN BRUEL à LILLE" indicating hours in Roman numerals and minutes in Arabic numerals.
Original movement countersigned on the plate.
