Robert TATIN (1902-1983) First edition of the monographic work on Robert TATIN, written by Pierre GUEGAN and Henry GALY-CARLES, printed on November 15, 1960 on the Presses des Ateliers Relais Parisiens à Patin and published by Librairie Charpentier, 30 rue de l'Université, Paris VIIe. This original edition is presented under a special cover featuring a lithograph by Robert TATIN, numbered 4/70, printed and signed by the artist for this purpose. An edition of 25 copies was printed: this is copy no. 4, specially accompanied by a work on paper (ink and watercolor) by Robert TATIN, entitled "Voyage de noce", signed and dated 1960. The book also includes a special dedication to Doctor Jean REDOR, Nantes, March 12, 1966: "en Talisman de joie dedans la couleur rouge à cause de l'Homme et de toutes les fleurs du Ciel et de la Terre. Robert Tatin". Book dimensions: H. 20 cm; W. 23.5 cm. Drawing dimensions : H. 17 cm ; W. 22 cm. Enclosed is an invitation from Galerie Argos (Nantes) to the opening of the exhibition "Les Peintres Naïfs" on March 12, 1966, which included works by Robert TATIN.
