In black taupe felt edged with black silk braid decorated with oak leaves. Flat gilded brass band held by a small module button stamped with the École Polytechnique motif in gilded brass and tricolor cloth cockade. Black silk inner cap and wide black squared leather sweatband. White reception markings on the bottom of the cap, worn and illegible. Worn. Comes in its black lacquered wooden carrying case.
(Wear and minor wear, the lock of the transport box damaged. Fairly good condition).
