France, Third Republic (1870-1940). Revolver M.A.S. model 1892, neutralized. Cal 8 x 27 R. 6 shots. Serial no. "H 69561". All metal parts with the same no., in their original tanning, lightened in places. Manufacturer's markings on the right side of the frame "Manufacture d'Armes de St Étienne" and "Mle 1892" on the top of the barrel and dated "S. 1914". The barrel bears the control marks "C" in a circle for the MAS director (Colonel Chatin 1912 to 1915) and "C" in a circle for the principal controller. Wooden plates grooved to model. Complete. (The barrel has retained an unindexed rotation. Good condition). Weapon classified in category C9 of decree no. 2023-557 of July 3, 2023, and subject to declaration. Weapon neutralized to current standards by the Banc National d'Epreuve de St Étienne (January 2024). The purchaser MUST present a valid identity card, hunting license or shooting license + consultation of the FINIADA file. A European Certificate of Neutralization from the Banc National d'Epreuve de St Étienne is enclosed.
