Monumental enamel Champlevé vase, Japan, Edo period. Bronze/ brass, very simple baluster shape, wall almost entirely decorated in a three-zone structure in Champlevé enamel. Colors light blue/ blue/ green/ rust red/ white and old pink. Lions and phoenixes, dragons and jewels, kitsune (?) on a light blue ground. Hanging border at the foot. H. 46 cm
