Islamic silver and bronze seal with engraved calligraphic decoration, dated 1881 (1299 Hijri calendar); enhanced with red and green cabochons in closed setting, grouped in a tri-lobed motif. Die engraved in nasta'liq with formulas from the Koran bearing the name of Nawab Kalb Ali Khan Bahadur from the princely state of Râmpur, which became part of the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh in 1949.
