Set of fixtures under glass comprising a round miniature painted under glass with a lively coastal view after Joseph VERNET, in a square blackened wood frame (diameter: 5.5 cm); a round black tortoiseshell box, the lid with a polychrome miniature painted under glass after Joseph VERNET mounted in pomponne (diameter: 7.8 cm); two rectangular snuffbox lids painted in fixé sous verre, one with polychrome decoration of a lively harbor scene (Lengths: 9.5 - 8 cm); a miniature printed on tortoiseshell in color with decoration of a peasant scene (diameter: 8 cm), (wear and missing). 18th-19th centuries. Sea turtle shell specimen conforming to CE 338/97 art. 2.w.mc of 09/12/96. Specimen prior to June 1, 1947. However, if the specimen is to be exported from the EU, a CITES re-export certificate will be required, at the expense of the future buyer.
