Grand plat aux polygones étoilés
Turkey, Kuthaya, late 19th century
In glazed siliceous ceramic with slight relief and a white background, with radiating geometric designs of star-shaped polygons on an interlacing background. The border is decorated with intertwining fleurons. Signature on the back in Arabic characters "kütahya 'azim çini fabrikasi" (Kütahya, 'Azim porcelain factory).
Condition: Very good.
