Administrative documents on ivory paper, in osmanle, marked with the sultan's tughra, calligraphed in diwani script with black ink and gold. One dated 14 Rajab 1327 (=1 August 1909) and the other 29 Jumada II 1327 (=18 July 1909), each granting a portion of daily bread by a charitable institution to Hetice Hanim bint Ibrahim and Hetice Hidayet Hanim bint Abdullah.

The firman was issued during the reign of Mehmed V Resad, the penultimate Ottoman sultan, whose reign had begun in the year the documents were produced.
Two Fermans of Mehmed V, granting a daily portion of bread from a charitable institution for Hetice Hidayet Hanim bint Abdullah and for Hetice Hanim bint Ibrahim, dated 14 Rajab 1327 AD / AH 1 August 1909 and, 29 Jumada II 1327 AH / AD 18 July 1909.
