Four cotton strips embroidered with polychrome silk threads. The decoration is composed of a floral parterre centered on a rose window, embellished with two ewers and two birds, all encircled by a round ribbon of flowers "Doira gullar nusxasi".
Condition: Good condition, some wear.

Bukhara suzanis are luxuriant and refined. They combine various floral scrolls such as pomegranates, irises and peonies. Within these compositions, we sometimes find ewers and anthropomorphic elements with protective virtues, symbolizing abundance, prosperity and fertility for the bride and groom.
