TOUL (54) - LOUIS NAPOLEON BONAPARTE - MEDAL commemorating the LAYING OF THE FIRST STONE FOR THE JUNCTION OF THE MARNE AU RHIN CANAL WITH THE MOSELLE. High-relief bust, bare head, profile to the left - signature BARRE 1850 at the base of the neck (Jean Jacques Barre graveur général de la Monnaie 1793-1855).
